BOAR CREEK ADVENTURE:
This is an extended version of the Tryout Trek.
After exploring our plateau farm head down into the Tongaporutu River Valley. Follow an old logging track that hugs the
Paparinga Stream, locally known as Boar Creek. The forest lined track leads to fun river crossings. Can't promise you
won't get your feet wet!

SKY PADDOCK SOJOURN:
Get to know your horse on a shortened
version of the Tryout Trek then head down into the valley. Take a short road ride following the Tongaporutu River, the road
is lined with bush covered bluffs and waterfalls. Ride up onto the neighbouring tableland for an explore, great variety of
terrain and lots of opportunities to pick up the pace if you feel ready for it!. Pop in to Boar creek for the ride up the
river on the way back then head back up the hill for a welcome cup of tea!

KOTARE ADVENTURE:
For a real adventure without compromising
safety ride up The Okau Road, to where the old Kotare post office was. Cross the Tongaporutu River, then wind your way along
the rivers edge. On your way up to the plateau land you will ride past waterfalls, native bush, valley views and herds of
wild goats up to the plateaus. On a clear day you can see, Mts Taranaki, Ruapehu and Tongariro. Play in the open paddocks
then head for a cup of tea under an ancient rata tree.
Decide whether you want to go the long way back or the short way.
Depends how many muscles you haven't used for awhile!!

Spend all day except for lunch and snack
