We value your safety and the safety of our horses. We have a reputation for keeping people safe while still allowing people to challenge themselves and explore our environment at varying paces.

We provide helmets and the wearing of a safety approved riding helmet is compulsory. Riders must have sensible, closed in footwear preferably with a heel.

Our customer to experienced guide ratio is 1:5. 

Our horses and ponies are good at their job, we have known them all their life and take great care in matching horses with their riders. We expect every customer to spend time on the ground with their mount helping to groom and prepare them for their ride. Our team of horses have spent most or all of their lives here and are as familiar with the territory as we are, they are surefooted and sensible but have retained their sense of fun.
